Simon Mills is the owner and managing director of Twelve Trees Care Ltd, a family-run care provider built around values of dignity, respect, and exceptional care delivery. With over 30 years of experience in the care sector, Simon leads the organisation's growth across Yorkshire and now nationally whilst remaining actively involved in daily operations.

He oversees the company's comprehensive services from residential care to community-based support, maintaining the family-centred approach that defines Alvaro Care Care. Simon's expertise spans live-in care, dementia care, complex neurological care, palliative care and care home management.
